KUALA LUMPUR, DECEMBER 2016- During the festive season, Santa Claus visited ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur to take Christmas photos with guests and by doing so guests could enter a competition to win a free night stay at the hotel.
On 23rd, 24th and 25th December, Santa Claus (AKA Prabin from ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur Security) was stationed in ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur hotel lobby. Many guests wanted to take pictures with Santa Claus and a long queue started to form. Santa Claus spent a few minutes with each guest and invited small children to sit on his knee for pictures. Each guest who posed for a picture with Santa Claus received a candy cane with a thank you card from ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
“We are delighted to bring so much festive joy to all our guests this Christmas by having Santa Claus at ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all of us at ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur”- said Mr Peter Gan, Chief Operating Officer for ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
Near to Santa Claus was a festive sign outlining the competition details and how members of the public and guests could join in. Firstly, guests needed to take a picture with Santa Claus on their smart phone. Secondly, share their picture on Facebook. Thirdly, tag ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur in the picture (#ansakualalumpur). Lastly, ‘Like’ ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur Facebook page. The contestant with the most amount of ‘Likes’ for their picture would win a free night stay at the hotel.
On 27th December, the competition was closed and the participant who had followed the competition rules and had received the most amount of likes for their picture on Facebook won a free night stay at ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
Contestant Happy N Fun received an incredible 71 likes on Facebook for his picture with Santa Claus and won the competition. ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur look forward to welcoming Happy N Fun back to Kuala Lumpur for his free night stay.
