Ansa Kuala Lumpur Celebrates Father's Day

REIMPOSITION OF TOURISM TAX ON FOREIGN TOURISTS

 

Effective from 1 January 2023, foreign tourists staying at registered accommodation premises in Malaysia are subject to pay a Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night. The reimposition of Tourism Tax on foreign tourist is mandatory and regulated by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department.

 

Under the Tourism Tax (Exemption) Order 2017, Malaysians and Permanent Residents with MyPR cards are exempted from paying the Tourism Tax.

KUALA LUMPUR , JUNE 2019- ANSA Kuala Lumpur welcome many families throughout the year and enjoy giving them the best experience while they stay at ANSA. This year, on Sunday 16th June, Father’s Day, ANSA staff wanted to seek out Fathers and Grandfathers either staying at the hotel or passers-by and show their appreciation for them on their celebratory day.

 

Manager on Duty, Mr Mohd Putera, Safety and Security Manager spent the day engaging with Father’s. As a token of appreciation, ANSA balloons with vouchers including discounts for Starbucks and Greyhound Café were gifted to them. To create more awareness for ANSA Kuala Lumpur hotel, the Fathers were kindly asked to ‘like’ the ANSA Facebook page as well as tag their Father’s Day photos with the hashtag #ANSAKL.

 

ANSA Kuala Lumpur look forward to celebrating further “special days” with their guests and others throughout the rest of the year.
