On 17th December 2017 ANSA began a competition for the public to win a one-night stay in a deluxe room on their newly renovated floor.
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 4pm- 10pm Buskers perform for the public on ANSA sidewalk. Performances include “Statue” the mime, “Ayawan” the solo musician and “Chors” guitarist and singer act.
To enter the competition participants needed to follow the entry rules highlighted on the Billboard next to the Buskers. The rules included, firstly take a picture of ANSA Buskers, secondly upload onto Facebook or Instagram and tag #ANSAKUALALUMPUR and #ANSABUSKERS. To win the competition the participant with the most amount of likes or shares would win a free night stay.
The competition rules and Terms and Conditions were posted on ANSA’s Facebook page and Front Office staff were briefed for people who enquired within the hotel. The competition ended on 31st December 2017.
At the beginning of 2018 all the Busker competition images on Facebook and Instagram were checked and verified. ANSA were very pleased to award the prize to Yuzyusoff who had around 100 likes for her busker competition photo on Instagram.
Yuzyusoff came to ANSA to collect her prize: A one-night stay in a deluxe room on the renovated floor and was very happy. She said “I am excited to be the winner of the competition and I’m looking forward to staying at ANSA”.
